in·vest·ment the act
of putting money, effort, time, etc. into something to make a profit or get an
advantage, or the money, effort, time, etc.
The word investment deals with a lot more than just
money. In college I would have to say
that one of the biggest investments is time and effort. In order to achieve goals and get good grades
time would have to be put it. Good
things don’t just get handed to you, you have to work for them. The most important thing I have learned about
being successful in college is all the time you need to invest in order to
achieve success.
Some other words I found important are nomenclature and protract.
Nomenclature is a system or set of terms or symbols especially in a particular
science, discipline, or art. Protract
means to lengthen in time or to cause to be or to last longer.
